CONDITION OF WARRANTY
This Equipment is manufactured under strict quality control. There are fully guaranteed against defective materials and manufacturing faults to the terms below:
- Product are warranty against defects in material or workmanship under normal usage from the date of purchase.
(parts will be replaced when necessary)
Carry-in service only. - This warranty is valid in West Malaysia only.
- This warranty does not apply to cabinet, A/C Adapter, panel, remote control and battery, cable.
- Warranty excluded exchange for new sets.(Except for special case)
- The warranty is valid for non-commercial use only.
- Under the following circumstances, service and parts will be chargeable even within warranty period:-
- Failure to present the receipt when servicing is required; Full particular not clearly shown or alternations made against the actual information, for e.g.: Alternative of the date of purchase, alternative removal of serial number, etc. And non-endorsement on the warranty card by related company.
- The defect is caused by the attack of household pests, by natural disasters, fire, lighting, pollution, improper installation, abnormal voltage or the use of generator.
- Set being tampered with, altered in any way by any unauthorized technicians, operated contrary to the instruction manual supplied, or which has been subjected to abuse, misuse, negligence or accident.
